Casey and Ryan - high school sweethearts and former students at the high school where I taught AP English IV! BFND!! They married at The Carriage House in Montgomery, Texas, surrounded by family and friends.
Casey was one of my students her senior year (one of my faves, truth be told), and she and I stayed in touch on social media. She saw that I was doing flowers and reached out for her wedding, and I jumped at the opportunity. Several of my former students were also her bridesmaids and it was so wonderful to give them all another hug, seeing how they had grown up and flourished.
The sweetest tones of mauve, blush, and pink combined for this sweet couples wedding day, and it was such a full-circle moment to be a part of their day. She was the most easy-going bride, so low-maintenance and relaxed. Shegave me total trust in flower selection, so I heaped the peonies, garden roses, and ranunculus in her bouquet; only the best for my sweet Casey.
